I’ve been going for their session since 2018 and their service has been consistent, all the staff there extremely friendly at helpful. They are not pushy with sales and very conscientious when helping me with the hair removal. I’m at the Centrepoint outlet!

I have to say it is really a wonderful experience coming to Musee Centrepoint. I have been coming to this outlet since Dec 2011 and ever since, I have never wanted to switch to another outlet. The staff are very friendly and nice and very helpful. No matter how “old” a customer I am with them, they will always make it a point to remind me about not exercising or check if I am on any medications before the treatment.

They are really very careful in their treatment for me and they will constantly check on me when they shave/ scan each time. They will help to ensure that my shaver is clean before returning. I always look forward to coming and meeting them as all the staff here are very knowledgeable and consistent in their work. No matter which therapist are to treat me, I know I will always be in good hands! Special mention to Eva and Miki for their wonderful work! Thank you.

Visited Musee’s newest outlet in novena last week just before CNY, and was very impressed by their environment and services provided. The environment was very pleasant and clean. The locker provided in each room, are also very high tech and the rooms are much nicer as compared to some of their older outlets. I was surprised to see a vanity counter as well. My therapist was Miki, and she is one of the most caring and friendliest therapist I’ve ever had. She’ll always check on the machine temperature and asked if it was okay for me. Honestly one of the best experience I’ve ever had in a beauty salon, and definitely a highly recommended hair removal salon to visit for ladies.
